Callaway Co., MO – Injuries After Car Crash on I-70 WB at MM 141

Callaway County, MO (September 14, 2025) – Police and paramedics responded to a serious crash on westbound Int70 in Callaway County on Saturday, September 13, after reports of an overturned car with injuries. The accident occurred around the 140-mile marker, just west of Kingdom City. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP), traffic quickly backed up to the 141-mile marker as emergency responders worked the scene. The overturned vehicle came to rest in the roadway, causing significant congestion and delays for westbound travelers.
