Denver, CO – Fatal Crash on I-70 W Near Holly St Involving RTD Bus

Denver, CO (September 16, 2025) – A deadly collision occurred on Monday morning, September 15, on Interstate 70 West near Holly Street, involving an RTD bus and another vehicle.

The crash took place around 6:25 a.m. when the vehicle struck the rear of the bus, which was in service on Route 15L. Reports from local outlets initially stated a car rear-ended the bus, while another account suggested a motorcycle may have been involved. The violent impact tragically killed the driver of the striking vehicle.
