St. Louis, MO (August 12, 2025) – A crash occurred on Monday, August 11, around 10:38 a.m. on eastbound Interstate 70, west of Cypress Road in St. Louis. The incident involved three vehicles: a 2023 Nissan Altima, a 2006 Ford F-350, and a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred when the driver of the Ford F-350 changed lanes into the path of the Nissan Altima. The Altima swerved to the right and struck the Jeep Grand Cherokee.

The driver of the Nissan Altima, a 19-year-old female from Hazelwood, MO, suffered minor injuries and was transported to SSM Health DePaul Hospital by the Community Fire Department. The drivers of the Ford F-350 and Jeep Grand Cherokee, both male, were not injured and were able to drive their vehicles from the scene. The Nissan Altima sustained extensive damage and was secured roadside, awaiting a private tow.
