St. Louis, MO – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-70 EB at Jennings Station Rd

St. Louis, MO (August 5, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision occurred on eastbound Interstate 70 at Jennings Station Road in St. Louis on Saturday, August 2, around 10:00 p.m. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident involved three vehicles.

Vehicle 1, a 2024 Chevrolet Trax, was disabled in lane 1. The 17-year-old female driver and her juvenile passenger were traveling eastbound when the vehicle came to a stop. Vehicle 3, a 2020 Acura RDX, attempted to avoid Vehicle 1 by steering to the right. At the same time, Vehicle 2, a 2003 Toyota Sienna, applied the brakes but struck the rear of Vehicle 1. The impact caused Vehicle 1 to move into lane 2, where it collided with the left side of Vehicle 3.

The 17-year-old female driver of Vehicle 1 and her passenger were both injured in the crash. The driver was transported to St. Louis Children’s Hospital with minor injuries, while the passenger was taken to Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Both were assisted by the Northeast Fire Protection District. The drivers of Vehicles 2 and 3, a 71-year-old male and a 54-year-old male, respectively, sustained moderate damage to their vehicles. The 54-year-old male driver was able to drive his Acura from the scene, while the 71-year-old male driver’s Toyota was towed.
