St. Louis, MO – Serious Injury in Vehicle Collision on Eastbound I-70 Near Ladue Road

St. Louis, MO (August 13, 2025) – A serious collision occurred on eastbound I-70 west of Ladue Road in St. Louis at approximately 3:20 p.m. Two vehicles, a 2008 Ford F-150 and a 2015 GMC Acadia, were involved in the crash. Both vehicles were traveling eastbound when they collided while attempting to change lanes. As a result, both vehicles skidded and spun off the right side of the roadway.

The driver of the Ford F-150, a 28-year-old female from St. Charles, MO, and the driver of the GMC Acadia, a 41-year-old female from Peoria, IL, were both uninjured, but the 35-year-old male occupant of the Ford F-150 suffered serious injuries. He was transported to SSM Health DePaul Hospital by Pattonville Ambulance for treatment.

The vehicles were towed to Bolin Services for further handling. The incident is currently under investigation by TPR. D. A. Henson, with assistance from MSGT. C. L. Pleasant. The cause of the crash remains under review.
