The 17-year-old driver sustained moderate injuries and was taken to Barnes-Jewish Hospital by Pattonville Ambulance. The 54-year-old truck driver from Colombia also suffered moderate injuries and was transported to SSM Health DePaul Hospital.

Both vehicles were towed from the scene due to damage. St. Charles Police officers assisted at the crash site. Authorities continue to investigate the incident. Our thoughts are with both injured drivers, and we hope for their recovery.
