O’Fallon, MO – Auto Collision with Injuries on I-70 near Bryan Rd

O’Fallon, MO (July 12, 2025) – A multi-lane crash on eastbound Interstate 70 near the Bryan Road overpass caused significant traffic delays on July 10 and resulted in reported injuries, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol and local emergency dispatch updates.

The crash occurred around 8:00 p.m. on July 10. At the time, multiple lanes were blocked, and only the far left lane remained open to through traffic. Fire crews, EMS, and a trooper from MSHP were dispatched to the scene to assist with injured parties and manage the scene.

Emergency responders from the O’Fallon Fire Protection District provided care to the injured victims on-site, though the number of individuals hurt and the extent of their injuries have not yet been confirmed.

By 9:10 p.m., MoDOT reported that the scene had been cleared to the shoulder and all lanes on eastbound I-70 were reopened. Authorities have not released additional details about the cause of the crash or the number of vehicles involved.
