St. Louis, MO – Injury Crash on I-70 E at Jennings Station Rd

St. Louis, MO (September 24, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 70 East at Jennings Station Road left one man injured on Monday afternoon, September 22.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 12:22 p.m. when an unknown vehicle in lane two moved left into lane one, striking a 2013 Chrysler 300. The Chrysler veered into lane two and collided with a 2017 GMC Sierra. The unknown vehicle then fled the scene.

The 81-year-old man driving the GMC Sierra suffered minor injuries. Paramedics transported him to Barnes-Jewish Hospital for treatment. Both the Sierra and Chrysler sustained significant damage and were towed from the scene.

We hope the injured driver recovers fully from his injuries. Authorities are still investigating the crash and working to identify the vehicle that left the scene.
