St. Louis, MO – Minor Injury Crash Involving Four Vehicles on I-70 Near MO-141

St. Louis, MO (July 17, 2025) – A man suffered minor injuries in a four-vehicle crash on Tuesday, July 15, evening along eastbound Interstate 70.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at around 6:02 p.m., just west of the MO-141 exit. The accident involved a 2024 Nissan Altima, a 2015 GMC Acadia, a 2025 Toyota Corolla, and a 2019 Ford F450.

Investigators said the first three vehicles had slowed for traffic when, for reasons still being investigated by law enforcement, the Ford F450 rear-ended the Toyota, then hit the Nissan and the GMC.

The 58-year-old man driving the Nissan Altima was hurt. Pattonville Fire Protection District transported him to SSM Health DePaul Hospital for treatment.

No other injuries were reported at the scene.

Troopers identified the drivers as adults from St. Louis, East Prairie, and McKinney, Texas. Tow trucks removed all four vehicles due to extensive or moderate damage.
